Our puree is more nutritious than fresh berries due to fully digestible content of crashed seeds (antioxidants, Omega 3-6-9, chlorogenic andeicosenoic acids, vitamins B, E, β-carotene, group of sterols and, phytoestrogens etc.), which can not be absorbed when eating fresh berries with whole seeds. Thanks to innovative HTD technology, all seed nutrients has become available to you.

In addition to vitamins C and K, blueberries contain a number of vital vitamins: provitamin A, carotenoids, vitamins B1, B2, P and PP, ascorbic acid). Blueberries contain 6 essential amino acids, tannins, pectins, colouring agents, fibre and sugars.

Recommended serving size is 1g per 1kg of your weight. Maximum 3 servings per day.
