Wrong orders. Damages. Quality issues
If you have any complaints regarding the quality or packaging of our product, you may return it. Please reach out to us immediately via email, providing details such as the place of purchase, storage conditions, the package date, and a photo of the damaged package and/or product.
We will thoroughly investigate the matter and its underlying causes. If necessary, we will either replace the product or issue a refund.
For payments made through our website, refunds will be processed within 72 working hours from the confirmation of the refund.
